Conveniently located on the northeast corner of 15th Avenue and 10th Street North in Cozumel, Casa Colibri is just minutes from the ocean front and within walking distance of various restaurants, shops and the ferry.

All units share a common area on the ground level where one can relax poolside and enjoy the outdoor shower and built in barbecue grill.  The common area also includes a rinse tank for dive gear and a poolside bathroom.   The rooftop, also shared by all units, is the perfect place to end the day by watching a beautiful sunset.

 

Surrounded by a wall for privacy, the property is safely secured by an electronic gate.  Parking spaces for six vehicles are located inside the gate as well as one storage area for each unit.
